Join us for a Canadian birding adventure! The focus of this trip is on water birds and early winter arrivals. In the past, we have seen Long-tailed Ducks, Common and Red-throated Loons, Little Gulls, Western Sandpiper, American Pipit, Evening Grosbeaks, Snow Buntings, Horned Grebes, Western Grebes, Eared Grebes, all three scoters sometimes and Bohemian Waxwings.
This is a car caravan, stopping at multiple locations. We will stop for lunch at McPherson’s restaurant along the way (lunch is not included in the trip cost). This will not be a strenuous field trip–we will walk approximately half a mile at two locations on level ground.
